B day
The Boys Varsity Swimming and Diving Team had the CC Classic Invitational over the weekend. The Swim team placed 5th out of 12 teams and there were 30 career best times. Jordan Leastman made a sectional cut in the 100 backstroke. In the CC Diving Classic, Kyler Thomas placed first, which is currently the highest 11 dive score in New York State. Jordan Leastman and Isaac Bailey also did an amazing job at the CC Diving Classic placing 3rd and 6th. Congrats to the team for a great job! The boy’s next meet is Tuesday 1/20 against Spencerport. The boys modified swim team won their meet against Gates on Saturday. There was a record number of first place finishes from Braden Wride, Caleb North, Tyler Goetze, and Calvin Stuhler. Sam Boyer, Keegan Skivington, Jameson Ressman, and Aiden Carty got new best times in their events. The boys swim again on Wednesday against Canandaigua. Great job boys! (apalmer@cccsd.org)
Attention cast of this year's Talent Show: In order to remain in the show, you MUST attend a workshop after school this week with Mrs. Straight. Congratulations to our Modified and Varsity Cheer Teams. This past Saturday, they competed at the Mercy Paws Up Competition. Our modified team came in 1st place and won the award of best tumbling. Attention students who auditioned for this year's talent show: The cast list will be posted today on Google Classroom, outside of Mrs. Straight's room and on the auditorium doors. Good luck to all! *IMPORTANT- to remain in the show, you MUST sign up for a workshop with Mrs. Straight after school next week. More information will be available with the posted cast list. All 5th and 6th Grade Chorus Students have rehearsals today! 5th graders meet in the auditorium at 8:35am and 6th graders meet in the auditorium at 1:10pm. Surround Sound students have rehearsal after school. (bdinsmore@cccsd.org)
The boys' modified swim team swam a great meet against Spencerport on Wednesday. Braden Wride secured first place in all his events, while also setting two new bests times. Caleb North and Jameson Ressman had strong second place finishes, while Zayden Miceli and Keegan Skivington had close third place finishes. The boys swim against Gates-Chili this Saturday. Good luck! The Boys Varsity Swimming and Diving Team had a meet on Saturday vs York. There were many great swims including 29 career best times and 3 sectional cut times. Sectional cut times were made by Nate St. Lucia in the 200 free, Kyler Thomas and Isaac Bailey in the 100 back. Congratulations to our divers at the Yeti meet Friday 1/9 and Isaac Bailey for qualifying for states. The boys next meet is Tuesday 1/13 at Victor. Wish them luck! (rgruhn@cccsd.org)

The Boys Varsity Swimming and Diving Team had a meet vs Hilton on Thursday. Swimmers did an excellent job and swam hard. There were 13 career best times, 2 season best times, and a sectional cut was made by Zach Carmen. Their team has another meet on Saturday 1/10 against York. Go Saints! (rgruhn@cccsd.org)
The boys' modified swim team had a great meet on Wednesday against HFL. Caleb North, Calvin Stuhler and Keegan Skivington set new personal records in their events. Braden Wride, Sam Boyer, and Caleb North secured first place in their events, while Calvin Stuhler and Jameson Ressman had strong second and third place finishes. Aiden Carty and Tyler Goetze set new bests for the season, and the boys swim again next Wednesday at home against Spencerport.

The Boys Swimming and Diving Team had another win and an incredible meet vs. Rush- Henrietta on Saturday January 3rd. There were 27 career best times and 3 season best times. Sectional cuts were made by Ben Wermuth in the 200 free, and 500 free, Zach Carmen in the 200 IM, Isaac Bailey in the 100 free, and Zander Haywood in the 100 back. Great job to all swimmers! The team’s next meet is Tuesday 1/6 against Brighton. Go Saints!
